Privacy Policy

Voyva is a travel planning app that helps users organize trips, daily itineraries, budgets, receipts, photos, and destination ideas. This policy explains what information Voyva may collect, how it is used, and what choices users have.

Information you provide

Voyva may store travel information you enter, including trip names, destinations, travel dates, hotels, transport notes, daily plans, stops, expenses, receipt images, trip photos, language preferences, theme settings, and optional PIN lock settings.

Device permissions

Voyva may request access to Calendar, Photos, and Camera only when needed for app features. Calendar access is used to export trip days. Photos and Camera access are used to attach receipts or trip photos. You can change these permissions in your device settings.

Analytics

Voyva may use PostHog or similar analytics tools to understand product usage, improve stability, and prioritize features. Analytics events may include app opens, screen views, feature usage, language setting, theme setting, and general trip counts. Voyva does not use analytics to sell personal data.

AI and discovery features

Voyva may offer destination discovery or AI-assisted recommendations. When you use these features, the city, category, query, and relevant prompt content may be sent to third-party AI or recommendation providers to generate results. Do not include sensitive personal information in discovery prompts.

Photos and receipts

Photos and receipts are used to support itinerary and expense tracking. If Voyva stores media locally, it remains on your device unless you export or share it. If future cloud sync features are enabled, uploaded files will be associated with your account and protected by account access controls.

Data storage

The current mobile app is designed primarily around device-local storage. Future account-based web or sync features may store user data in cloud infrastructure so users can access trips across devices. Cloud features will use access controls so users can access only their own data.

Data sharing

Voyva does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, including analytics, hosting, storage, AI recommendation, and support providers. Data may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect the app, users, or the public.

Children

Voyva is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your choices

You can edit or delete trips inside the app, revoke device permissions in system settings, disable optional analytics where supported, and request help by contacting support.
